Tips and advice
Good to know
Brush twice a day
Brush with a fluoride toothpaste twice a day, once last thing before bed. Spit out the toothpaste afterwards rather than rinsing.
Clean between your teeth
Floss or an interdental brush reaches where a toothbrush cannot. It helps protect your teeth and gums.
Have problems checked early
Sensitivity, bleeding gums or pain when you chew are worth showing us soon. Treatment is often simpler then.
Questions and answers
Common questions
Still have a question? Call or email, and we will help.
01632 960000How often should I have a check-up?
It varies from person to person. After your check-up, we suggest how often you should come back, based on your teeth and gums.
What does a visit cost?
Our price list shows what a check-up, a hygiene appointment and each treatment cost, and you get a written plan before any treatment. This example leaves prices out because the practice is made up.
I feel nervous about dental visits. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us when you book, and we will take things slowly and explain each step before we do it.
Do you see NHS patients?
No. We are a private practice. Before any treatment, you get a written plan that shows what it will cost.
