One person accountable. Everything in writing.
WebAsk builds websites, runs SEO and sets up CRM and automation for UK small businesses. The person you speak to first is the person who does the work.
What it costs, who does the work and the target date.
Those are three things to settle before you commit to a project. The written scope answers them before you sign: a fixed fee or a day rate with a cap, the person doing the work, and a target date. Any platform usage is billed on top, at cost, based on what you use.
Pricing is published on this website, so you can rule us in or out before you speak to anyone. Once you sign, we hold ourselves to the budget in the scope. When we do not think we are the right fit, we say so on the first call rather than taking the work.
There is one person behind WebAsk, and that is by design. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and the person who answers when something breaks.
Any UK business can work with us. The work is most specific in the regulated sectors we have chosen to build for, where getting the rules wrong can end in a ruling rather than a design critique. Aesthetic clinics, dental practices and beauty and wellness clinics work under advertising rules that decide what a site may say. Veterinary practices work under a CMA order that dates what their site must show. Trades work under consumer-contract rules on quotes taken at the door or by text. Accredited garages follow a voluntary code, and a garage's reminder texts follow rules on who may be texted.
Three commitments, applied to all our work.
Pricing on the website.
Every service on this site has a published starting price. Add-ons, one-off audits and some platform builds are quoted in the written scope. You know where the price starts before the first call, so the call can be about whether we are the right fit.
The person who scopes it, builds it.
There is no account manager in between, because there is nobody to hand the work to. Whoever you speak to on the first call writes the code, configures your CRM and answers when something breaks. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm UK time.
We tell you the inconvenient things.
We say up front that we have no UK office. If your sector has advertising rules, we tell you what your site shows or leaves out against them. If a template would serve you better than we would, we say so, even when it means we do not get the work.
How WebAsk relates to Naxdor.
WebAsk is a trading name of Naxdor, an enskild firma registered in Sweden. Naxdor trades as WebAsk in the United Kingdom, with prices in pounds. It also operates naxdor.com for international clients and naxdor.se in Sweden, with the same founder and the same standards.
An enskild firma is a Swedish sole proprietorship, so there is no UK company and no Companies House number. That is why we publish the registered name and address rather than leave you to work them out.
We work remotely across the UK, with no office to visit. Our full registered name, address and contact details are on the company information page.

Ansar Cheema
FounderI'm Ansar Cheema, and I run WebAsk. I've spent more than ten years building web applications and CRM systems for growing businesses. In that kind of work, the integration and the day-to-day operations matter as much as the code. I started WebAsk to offer the same work to UK businesses on terms I would want as a buyer: a published starting price and one person accountable from the first call to launch. I also keep up with the rules that the regulated sectors I have chosen to build for must follow.

Want to find out if we're the right fit?
Thirty minutes is enough to know. The free call covers what you need and whether this is work we should be doing. If it is, a written scope with the price in it follows within three working days, and the work starts once you sign.
