Email and SMS marketing for the past customers nobody messages
They are all in the system: the people who booked last year, the ones who asked for a quote and went quiet, the customers who have not heard from you since their last booking. The CRM is live and silent. If writing to them never reaches the top of the list, or nobody is sure who may be written to, this plan is for you.
Sound familiar?
A dental practice's lapsed patients. Patients overdue a check-up, a recall that has reminded them once, and nothing set to follow it up.
A salon's quiet month. A month the diary expects to be light, and a list of regulars nobody has written to.
A trade's annual reminders. Last year's service dates are in the system, and nothing is set to remind anyone this year.
How it works
- Month one is the audit, not a send. Every record on your list is tagged by who it belongs to (a company or a person, treating any unknown as a person) and by whether you may message them. Records you may not message are left out of every send, and not messaged to ask; the ones you no longer need for marketing are marked for you to delete or anonymise, and opt-outs go on a suppression list.
- Two email or text campaigns a month, written for you. You send a few lines on what the month is about. We write each campaign in your voice and check it against the rules for your sector. Then we send it from your platform to the people who may receive it, and report on it two weeks later.
- One automation a month, built or reviewed. A welcome after an enquiry, a follow-up after a quote, a rebooking prompt at the interval your service runs on, a win-back when a customer goes quiet. Each checks who may receive it before it sends.
- A list kept clean. Bounces removed, opt-outs kept on the suppression list and honoured in every tool, and every message naming who sent it and how to stop.
- A report that counts what you can check. Replies, bookings and enquiries that followed a campaign, opt-outs, and the size of the list you may still message. Not open rates.
What the starting price buys
The consent audit, two campaigns a month, one automation built or reviewed, list hygiene, and the monthly report. Usage is not included: whatever the platform charges for, such as the emails, texts and replies, WhatsApp messages and the sending number, is billed on top at cost, based on what you use. There is no set-up fee, because the first month's audit is the set-up.
Add when you need it: four campaigns a month and a landing page each quarter · a WhatsApp channel for the customers who opted in.
What keeps you safe
Who you may email or text depends on whose address or number it is, so the audit tags every record before any send, and each automation we build or review reads the tag before it sends. For a clinic, a marketing email or text can be an advert: on 27 May 2026 the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about an online pharmacy's emails that named prescription-only medicines, sent to people who had opted in. Our standard for clinics: a message promotes the consultation, and never names or hints at a prescription-only medicine (what clinics can say).

What it costs
A monthly fee, shown on the pricing page, with no set-up fee; usage is billed on top at cost. What moves the fee: campaigns a month, automations and the state of your consent records, not the contact count you start with. The plan takes a limited number of clients at a time.
When something else fits better
If the system underneath is not yet capturing consent at entry, the build comes first, priced as a project on the CRM page, and this plan starts once there is a list worth sending to. If the problem is the calls you miss in the first place, Missed-Call Text-Back sends a missed caller a text from your business, saying who missed the call and how to reply or book.
None of this is legal advice; it describes how the audit is run and how a message is written. Get in touch with the platform you run and a rough count of the records on it, or read how a project runs first.
